“Investing in Our Future” will help financial educators prepare youth of all ages to understand money concepts and achieve financial well-being. Covered topics will include:
- Developing sound financial financial habits that last a lifetime;
- How children and young adults can generate wealth and better manage it;
- Teaching the practice of spending and saving wisely;
- Involving children in family financial decisions; and
- Understanding “wants” versus “needs.”
For the first time in its history, the Annual Conference on Financial Education will feature three concurrent session tracks that will allow attendees the opportunity to customize their learning experience. Speakers from around the world will be on hand to answer questions and discuss topics in financial literacy education.
The Annual Conference on Financial Education promotes the effective delivery of consumer financial products, services and education by hosting a national event for professionals providing these services. The Conference is a showcase for financial education success stories, offering attendees proven strategies, tips and techniques to achieve intended outcomes, funding goals and program sustainability.
