What’s more enjoyable than an afternoon spent leisurely sunbathing poolside? Well, an afternoon spent sunbathing while enjoying tropical drinks and grilled delights, of course. From piña coladas and chicken fingers to burgers and ice-cold beer, sunbathers and swimmers flock to Calypso’s located at Caribe Royale.

Java’s Coffee Cafe
Serving fresh brewed coffee, specialty coffee drinks, hand-dipped ice cream, sundries, and freshly baked cookies and muffins. Located at Caribe Royale in Tower II, poolside lobby level.

Parrot Isle
As the sun begins to fade, the Parrot Isle Lounge is the perfect place to unwind. Adjacent to our main lobby and overlooking the lower level of the reception building at Caribe Royale, the lounge features more than 23 single malt scotches, 14 varieties of tequila and an extensive wine list of vintage and early 1970 selections. It also features the excitement of a wide-screen TV for games, and the soothing sounds of piano music.

The Tropicále
The Tropicale restaurant at Caribe Royale has something for everyone. At our full-service, all-day dining restaurant guests will enjoy quality food, beverages and service in a casual environment. Located in the main reception building.

The Venetian Room is located at the Caribe Royale.
