Dear ACFE Participants:
Due to the ongoing impacts and concerns surrounding COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 ACFE in New Orleans. We wanted to exhaust all options to move forward safely before cancelling. Unfortunately, no option would have enabled us to host an event that would meet our standards or your expectations.
That being said, I’m happy to announce that we are currently working with speakers to bring you a virtual event! We will update our conference website with more details on this as they become available. The virtual event will be open to original attendees as well as the general public so we hope many of you and your colleagues who would have been unable to attend in person can join us online.
If you have not yet requested a refund for the 2020 event, it will be processed over the next couple of weeks. You do not need to do anything else at this time. We appreciate your patience as we work through the list. We will reach out to you directly if we need any additional details to process your refund.
Thank you so much for your continued support and willingness to adapt to these unforeseen circumstances.  If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly.
Sincerely,
Rachel Gordon
